International customers: if your order totals more than £46.00 or you wish to make a heavy order of 2kg or more, please email your order requirements BEFORE making your purchase. Failure to do so will result in an additional shipping fee that you must pay before goods are dispatched. For standard orders, please follow the instructions below.
How to Order
- Add the items to your 'shopping basket'. You can update your shopping basket at any time during the ordering process.
- Choose your country of residence from the drop-down menu.
- Complete your billing details. Please note that your billing/PayPal/delivery address should be the same in order to complete the transaction successfully.
- Add any special instructions.
- Tick the box to confirm that you agree to my Terms & Conditions and click 'Continue'.

How to Pay
Your billing, shipping and PayPal address must be exactly the same in order to complete the transaction successfully.
UK Customers: Immediate payment by PayPal is preferred but I also accept postal order, cheque or banker's draft (please make cheques payable to L Sleigh). If you are mailing your payment, please follow the ordering procedures noted above and choose the 'Pay by Post' option. Goods will be reserved for five business days only without exception so please forward your payment immediately.
International Customers: Please pay immediately by PayPal. You can also pay with an accepted credit or debit card via PayPal without a PayPal account (see accepted cards below). Complete your details ensuring that your billing and shipping addresses are exactly the same.
Currency conversion is handled by your credit card company, so please contact them for current rates.

UK Postage Fees
UK postage is FREE no matter how heavy your order*. I use Royal Mail postal services or a reputable courier for heavier parcels. Evidence of postage is always retained and you will receive a dispatch notice once your parcel is in the post.
*If you require urgent next day delivery, please place your order before 1.00pm. An additional postage fee is required for this service. Please note your request at checkout or email and I will get back to you with the additional price as soon as possible. Your order will be dispatched once the additional fee has been paid.
International Postage Fees
A shipping fee is charged automatically for orders less than £46.00 and weighing 2kg or less. If you require additional compensation or if your order weighs more than 2kg, please email your order so I can quote the most cost effective method of shipping. Parcels are dispatched by Airsure® orInternational Signed For™ depending on the shipping destination.
If it is found that you have over-paid the shipping fee I will refund the difference via PayPal. Alternatively, if you make a subsantial and/or heavy order without contacting me first, you will be invoiced for any additional postage fees. Merchandise will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.
If an order is not deliverable to the address provided, or if it is refused or returned to me, the purchaser is responsible for original shipping costs plus any additional costs to reship the order.
Airsure® parcels receive priority attention and are electronically tracked throughout the journey until it reaches the shipping address.
International Signed For™: All parcels are tracked until they leave the UK. A signature is taken by the recipient on delivery. Overseas tracking is available for parcels sent to the following destinations: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Slovakia, Sweden and Switzerland.
I adhere to all UK laws, and cannot falsify customs documents. Please do not ask me to do so. Your item will be listed as "Commercial Sample" "Used Clothing", and the full purchase price paid (not including shipping) will be declared.
Any taxes, VAT fees or other duties charged by customs in your country will not be reimbursed or refunded by Catwalk Creative Vintage for any reason.
Merchandise ceases to be insured the moment the parcel arrives at the specified delivery address. Insurance cover does not include damage or breakages caused by you.

When can I expect delivery?
I cannot guarantee delivery dates. Parcels are dispatched every day of the week except Sundays and Bank Holidays. I will always endeavour to dispatch merchandise the same day if possible.

Royal Mail first class and recorded delivery: 1-2 business days Royal Mail second class and recorded delivery: 3-5 business days Royal Mail Standard Parcels: 3-5 business days My Hermes courier service: 3-5 business days
** Delivery times may be longer for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other UK non-mainland destinations and may be subject to delays due to Customs checks.

2 business days after posting to Western Europe 4 business days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities) 6 business days after posting to the rest of the world.
International Signed For™
3 business days after posting to Western Europe 5 business days after posting to Eastern Europe 7 business days after posting for the rest of the world.
***Once the parcel reaches the country of destination, it is then the responsibility of your local postal service to deliver. Expect delivery within 7-15 business days but always allow up to 25 business days for international parcels. Delivery is subject to delays caused by Customs checks and other unforeseen circumstances which are beyond my control.
Express Worldwide Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Please email confirming your full name and address along with the item(s) you wish to purchase. I will provide a quotation at the earliest opportunity (please allow for the time difference).
Shipping, customs, duty fees, or any other charges related to shipping and taxes are the customer's responsibility and are priced through your country's policies, not by Catwalk Creative Vintage.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
Royal Mail offer an excellent and secure postal service. It is extremely rare that parcels go missing in transit. Please allow for delays during busy periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays. I include a return address label on every parcel so any undelivered items are automatically returned to me.
Your dispatch notice will include a reference number if sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (UK) or by Airsure and International Signed-for. You can input the reference number here: http://www.royalmail.com/track-trace. Please remember that you can only view UK Recorded Delivery items once Royal Mail have attempted delivery. If you cannot find any information for your Recorded Delivery parcel, it is likely the parcel is still in transit.
UK customers: If your parcel has not been received within 5 business days of dispatch, please contact your local Royal Mail delivery depot. They may have attempted delivery while you were out and failed to leave a calling card. Simply confirm your address details to Royal Mail, quoting the reference number provided on your dispatch notice. If you fail to collect your parcel from Royal Mail within 7 days (guideline only), your parcel will be returned to Catwalk Creative Vintage. You will be responsible for any additional costs to reship the order a second time.
Note to all customers: If you have not received your merchandise after 15 business days (UK) or after 25 business days (international), please email with details so I can initiate a claim with Royal Mail.

Shipping and Export Restrictions
Shipping restrictions may apply to certain EU and international destinations. For example, precious metals and stones, jewellery, second-hand clothing, furs and leather cannot be shipped to Italy. These restrictions are applied by international customs and excise authorities, not by Catwalk Creative Vintage. Whilst every endeavour is taken to ensure your merchandise is dispatched to you, please bear in mind that restrictions could apply which are beyond my control. I recommend you refer to your countries 'Customs and Excise' website to establish what items you cannot import. If you order from this website and I find I cannot ship to you, I will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund (or part-refund, depending on what items you have purchased).

Packaging
I take recycling issues very seriously whilst maintaining the best protection possible for your goods-in-transit. Most items are packed using acid-free tissue paper, bubble wrap (if necessary), and a waterproof or brown paper outer wrapping. The waterproof outer wrapping is tamper-free and recyclable. Sunglasses are tissue wrapped and posted out in a lightweight cardboard box. Heavier items are bubble wrapped and posted in single-wall boxes. In order to help the environment, I re-use boxes to mail goods. Please recycle and/or re-use the packaging we provide. Any wasted packing materials at this end are fully recycled.
