Ornate faux marcasite scarf clip in a pretty flower design. Made in Germany and dating c.1950s or earlier. It has a round clasp fastener which is in perfect working order. The back of the clip is marked "Ges Gesch" which is the abbreviated form of "Gesetzlich Geschützt", meaning protected by law, patented or copyrighted.
Use this vintage clip to secure scarf around neck or head, or clip to a chain so it can double as a pendant.
Measures: Diameter 3½ cm (1.6")
