How to Order

International customers can order directly from this website providing the total weight is 2kg or lower. Compensation is included up to £46.00 (GBP). If your order weighs more than 2kg OR you require a higher level of compensation, please email your order requirements. Please also refer to 'Delivery' information below.

Add the items to your 'shopping basket'. You can update your shopping basket at any time during the ordering process.
Choose your country of residence from the drop-down menu.
Complete your billing details. Please note that your billing/PayPal/delivery address should be the same in order to complete the transaction successfully.
Add any special instructions.
Tick the box to confirm that you agree to our Terms & Conditions and click 'Continue'.

How to Pay

UK Customers: Immediate payment by PayPal preferred but we also accept postal order, cheque or banker's draft (please make cheques payable to L Sleigh). If you wish to mail your payment, please follow the ordering procedures noted above and choose the 'Pay by Post ' option. Goods will be reserved for five business days only without exception so please forward your payment immediately.

International Customers: Please pay immediately by PayPal. You can also pay with an accepted credit or debit card via PayPal without a PayPal account (see accepted cards below). When you reach the PayPal log-in screen you will see the following message on the left side of the screen:

Use your credit card or bank account (where available). 'Continue'.

Simply 'click' the continue button and choose your country of residence from the drop-down menu. Complete your details ensuring that your billing and shipping address are exactly the same.

Merchandise is dispatched withinin 24 hours of cleared payment, the same day if possible (excluding Bank Holidays and Sundays).

UK Delivery

UK delivery is FREE no matter how heavy your order is*. We use Royal Mail postal services for parcels up to 2kg (compensation included up to £46.00). Heavier parcels are sent by courier and include compensation up to £50.00. Evidence of postage is always retained and you will receive a dispatch notice once your parcel is in the post.

* If you require urgent next day delivery, please place your order before 1.00pm. An additional postage fee is required for this service. Please use our 'Live Help' facility or email we will get back to you with the additional price as soon as possible. Your order will be dispatched once the additional fee has been paid.

International Delivery

You can order directly from this website providing your merchandise order weighs 2kg or lower. Your goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed-for and compensation is included up to £46.00 (GBP). If you require additional compensation or your order weighs more than 2kg, please email your order request so we can quote the cheapest method available.

If it is found that you have over-paid the shipping fee we will refund the difference via PayPal. Alternatively, if you make a subsantial and heavy order without contacting us first, you will be invoiced for any additional postage fees. Merchandise will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Airsure® parcels receive priority attention and are electronically tracked throughout the journey until it reaches the shipping address. International Signed-for parcels are tracked until they leave the UK and require a signature on receipt.

Customers are responsible for any customs, duty or tariff charges.

Merchandise ceases to be insured the moment the parcel arrives at the specified delivery address. Insurance cover does not include damage or breakages caused by you.

When can I expect delivery?

United Kingdom**
Royal Mail first class recorded delivery: 1-2 business days.
Royal Mail second class recorded delivery: 3-5 business days.
Royal Mail Standard Parcels: 3-5 business days.
My Hermes courier service: 3-5 business days.

** Delivery times may be longer for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other UK non-mainland destinations and may be subject to delays due to Customs checks.

International

Airsure: 2-6 business days to country of destination.
International Signed For: 3-7 business days to country of destination.

Once the parcel reaches the country of destination, it is then the responsibility of your local postal service to deliver your parcel to you. Expect delivery within 10-15 business days but always allow up to 30 business days for international deliveries. Parcels can be subject to delays due to Customs checks and other unforseen circumstances.

Express Worldwide Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. Please email to confirm your full name and address along with the item(s) you wish to purchase. We will provide you with a quotation at the earliest opportunity (please allow for the time difference). Payment by PayPal only.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

Royal Mail offer an excellent and secure postal service. It is extremely rare that parcels go missing in transit. Please allow for delays during busy periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.

Your dispatch notice will include a reference number for parcels sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery (UK) or by Airsure and International Signed-for. You can input the reference number here http://track.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track. Please remember that you can only view Recorded Delivery items once Royal Mail have attempted delivery. If you cannot find any information for your Recorded Delivery parcel, it is likely the parcel is still in transit.

If you have not received your merchandise within 5 business days of dispatch (UK only), please contact your local Royal Mail delivery depot. If they attempted delivery while you were out, they should leave a calling card but this sometimes does not happen. We recommend that you telephone your local Royal Mail depot (if you call in person, please take ID), quoting your reference number. If you fail to collect your parcel within 7 days (guideline only), your parcel will be returned to Catwalk Creative Vintage.

If you have not received your merchandise after 15 business days, (30 business days for international parcels), please contact us so we can initiate a claim with Royal Mail and process a refund to the value of your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping restrictions may apply to certain EU and international destinations. For example, precious metals and stones, jewellery, furs or leather cannot be shipped to Italy. These restrictions are applied by international customs and excise authorities, not Catwalk Creative Vintage. Whilst every endeavour is taken to ensure your merchandise is posted to you, please bear in mind that restrictions could apply which are beyond our control. Please refer to your countries 'Customs and Excise' website to establish what items you cannot import. If you order from this website and we find we cannot ship to you, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund (or part-refund, depending on what item(s) you have purchased).

Packaging

We take recycling issues very seriously whilst maintaining the best protection possible for your goods-in-transit. Most items are packed using acid-free tissue paper, bubble wrap (if necessary), and a waterproof or brown paper outer wrapping. The waterproof outer wrapping is tamper-free and recyclable. Sunglasses are tissue wrapped and posted out in a lightweight cardboard box. Heavier items are bubble wrapped and posted in single-wall boxes. In order to help the environment, we sometimes re-use boxes to mail our goods. Please recycle and/or re-use the packaging we provide. Any wasted packing materials at this end are fully recycled.
